Man dies after house fire in Rosemount, Minn.

ROSEMOUNT, Minn. (FOX 9) - A man has died after a house fire earlier this month in Rosemount, Minnesota.

Saturday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 46-year-old Gene Allen Spurzem.

Spurzem died at the hospital two days after the fire on 14100 block of Blaine Avenue South on December 2.

Officials say the state fire marshal is investigating the blaze.
