Free health center opens at Richfield High School
RICHFIELD, Minn. (KMSP) - A new health center is opening Thursday at Richfield High School to provide free care to students and young members of the community. This resource is aimed at the two-thirds of Richfield district students who live in poverty.
The free health center is funded by the Park Nicollet Foundation and operated by Park Nicollet Health Services. The center will be open two days per week for any Richfield student or resident under 21.
The Richfield High School clinic is the fourth school-based community health center opened by the Park Nicollet Foundation.
