Four fires were intentionally set in the St. Paul's Macalester-Groveland and Merriam Park neighborhoods in a four-hour period early Monday morning.
ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - The St. Paul Fire Department is investigating 12 fires they say were intentionally set in a four-hour period in the Macalester-Groveland, Frogtown and Merriam Park neighborhoods early Monday morning.
The fire department said the fires occurred between 11:30 p.m. Sunday night and 4:30 a.m. Monday morning.
Anyone with information or security video footage is asked to call the arson hotline at 1-800-723-2020.
Officials say at least half of the fires were dumpster fires, one was a shed fire and another was a gazebo fire.
