Authorities searching for missing Lake Waconia paddle boarder
Search and rescue teams are using sonar to search for a missing paddleboarder on Lake Waconia near Waconia, Minnesota.
WACONIA, Minn. (KMSP) - Police and a dive team are searching for a missing paddle boarder on Lake Waconia.
The Carver County Sheriff's Office says the man was reported missing from a family member around 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon. During a search, the paddle board was found.
As of 7 p.m. Saturday, authorities were still searching the lake. They say if they need to call off the search, it will resume Sunday.
