After nude yardwork, Litchfield, Minn. man ordered to build a fence
LITCHFIELD, Minn. (KMSP) - A Litchfield, Minn. man has been ordered to build a fence after doing several naked chores around the house and bothering his neighbors in the process.
Court documents say witnesses found Larry Fiero, 59, sunbathing on his deck, picking up sticks in only work boots, riding a lawnmower, washing his car and taking out the trash totally nude in separate incidents spanning from last May through October, Inforum News reported.
After the initial offense in May, Fiero was given a warning and apparently told Meeker County sheriff’s officials he moved to the rural area “so he could pursue a nudist lifestyle.” In Minnesota, it’s illegal to be naked while in public view.
Along with building a fence, he was handed two years of supervised probation and must undergo a psychological evaluation.
