$1000 reward for arrest after Metro Mobility bus passenger shot in Shakopee, Minn.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest after a passenger was shot on a Metro Mobility bus Monday afternoon in Shakopee, Minn. According to Shakopee police, the Metro Mobility bus was struck by a bullet at 2:15 p.m. near the bus ramp at Stagecoach Road and Highway 169.

Responding officers found the lone passenger, Matthew David Munz, a 45-year-old man from Savage, Minn., had been struck by a bullet that penetrated the side of the bus. He was alert and conscious when he was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center.

Officials are still searching for a suspect and ask anyone with information call 952-233-944 or text “spdtips” and the tip information to 847411. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
