The U.S. Department of Justice filed a civil lawsuit against United Parks & Resorts, the parent company of SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, alleging that its ban on certain wheeled walkers and rollator walkers violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
