Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was sprayed by an adult male at a north Minneapolis townhall Tuesday night after saying Homeland Security Sec. Kristi Noem must resign or face impeachment. After a few minutes to collect herself, Omar continued to speak.

A judge in Minnesota is demanding answers from ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons over failed hearings for detained immigrants, ordering him to appear in court on Friday to explain why he should not be held in contempt as the Trump administration has not complied with court orders for several immigrant bond hearings even after multiple warnings.

President Trump’s Border Czar is now in Minnesota after the administration simultaneously removed Border Control Commander Greg Bovino following the fatal shooing of Alex Pretti over the weekend. FOX 9’s Karen Scullin has the latest on discussions he had with Minnesota’s political leaders.

Speaking with the press on Tuesday, President Trump discussed the investigation into the death of Alex Pretti, who was fatally shot by a Border Patrol agent, along with the recent meeting involving Border Czar Tom Homan and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.
