In a press released, the Shakopee School District said it is aware of “an alleged situation on Tuesday involving two of our students at Shakopee High School.”

According to the district, once staff learned of the alleged incident, administrators and resource officers “took the appropriate measures and immediately notified the police department.” The student was arrested for first degree criminal sexual conduct.
