Raj Budhathoki, 26, was last seen in St. Paul on Dec. 14.
ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - St. Paul police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 26-year-old vulnerable adult who has been missing for more than a month.
Raj Budhathoki has not been seen or heard from by his family since Dec. 14. He is 5’2”, 140 pounds and may now have a full beard.
