Missing Brown Co. toddler found safe

BROWN COUNTY, Minn. (KMSP) - Missing toddler Luciano Rey Martinez has been found safe, according to Minnesota BCA.

The Brown County Sheriff's officials had sent out an alert for help to find 21-month-old Luciano Rey Martinez, who they believed to be traveling with his non-custodial father, according to Minnesota BCA.
