The trust company overseeing Prince’s estate filed new documents in its lawsuit against Jay Z’s Roc Nation.

Bremer Trust is suing after Roc Nation streamed Prince’s music on Tidal after his death. According to the documents, the copyrights in most of the Prince music that Tidal is streaming are and were owned by NPG entities.

The Associated Press reports a closed hearing is set for Thursday in Carver County probate court. Roc Nation has not formally responded to the copyright lawsuit, filed by NPG Records last month.
