FARMINGTON, Minn. (FOX 9) - A woman was killed in a pedestrian crash Saturday night in Farmington, Minnesota.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, around 7:21 p.m., officials responded to a crash on Highway 3 north at 209th Street West.
Officials say the female pedestrian was crossing the highway from the east to the west when she was struck by a northbound Hyundai. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene. She has been identified as 38-year-old April Janeen Sterling of Farmington.
It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash. No others were injured in the crash.
