Body found in Roseville identified as missing Stillwater man

The body recovered in Roseville, Minnesota on March 22 has been identified as that of a Stillwater man who went missing in December.

A Roseville resident who was out looking for shed antlers spotted the body Friday afternoon on the northeast corner of Dale Street and Roselawn Avenue near some trees.

According to Roseville police, the body was confirmed to be 24-year-old Ralph Latrez Bell. The preliminary manner of death is suicide. The case is still ongoing and the toxicology results are pending.

Bell was reported missing on Dec. 20 when his car was found abandoned in the 800 block of Cope Avenue in Roseville about an hour after he left his Stillwater apartment.
