2 Minneapolis shooting victims ID'd

Family and friends held a vigil for Dana Logan, the 46-year-old woman who was shot and killed in north Minneapolis on Friday night. 

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified the two people killed in two separate shooting incidents in north Minneapolis over the weekend.

The first shooting took place in the area of 36th Avenue North and Queen Avenue North around 11 p.m. on Friday night. Upon arrival, officers located Dana Logan, 46, of Minneapolis in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. Logan's family and friends say she had just dropped off her grandniece and had two other children in the car when she was shot.

Logan was taken to the hospital, where she later died.

Richard Ambers, 31, of Minneapolis was found dead inside a vehicle near the intersection of 48th Avenue North and Bryant Avenue North shortly after 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. The medical examiner determined he died of multiple gunshot wounds.
