The judge for the trial against Luigi Mangioni says his legal team is planning a psychiatric defense. They claim he was suffering from extreme emotional distress when he allegedly gunned down Thompson on a New York sidewalk in December 2024. FOX's Eric Shawn reports that if a jury accepts the defense, it could limit the amount of time Mangione spends in prison if he's convicted.
