There’s a project bringing kids back to school early at Twin Cities Academy in St. Paul. With the guidance of local artist, Geno Okok, the students are transforming the cafeteria into a work of art. The mural is called TCA Rising and it’s scheduled to be completed in mid-August. Twin Cities Academy is a public charter school for grades 6-12

Barry?s started in 1998 and is credited with creating the original high intensity interval workout, also known as H.I.I.T. The workout combines treadmills and floor work with weights. The studio also has a retail section, locker rooms and a Fuel Bar with smoothies. You don?t have to be a member to try it, classes can be purchased individually.
