A 60-day memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran has expired without a longer-term peace agreement as tensions continue over the Strait of Hormuz. Meanwhile, Jared Kushner is holding talks involving Israel and Hamas as negotiations continue over a separate peace agreement.

President Donald Trump is looking to increase economic pressure on Iran after a memorandum of understanding expired without a longer-term deal. Trump says the U.S. will maintain its blockade and again floated declaring the Strait of Hormuz a U.S. territory. FOX's Doug Luzader reports.

President Donald Trump responded to concerns about conditions aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. When asked whether the lengthy deployment had gone on too long, he responded, "No, no. Not nearly long enough," but noted that the ship is being replaced by a similar vessel. 

Minneapolis and St. Paul mayors have proposed budgets that include property tax increases and service cuts. St. Paul’s proposed budget would raise property taxes by 6.8% while Minneapolis is looking at an 11.3% hike.
