Judge William Sullivan addressed the Lindsay Clancy jury Thursday after dismissing them early Wednesday due to an issue he said the court was working to resolve. Sullivan did not disclose what the issue was, but said it had nothing to do with the attorneys or parties in the case and instructed jurors "not to speculate about what this might be."

The latest U.S. drought monitor was released Thursday, showing a small sliver of northwestern Minnesota and parts of northern Wisconsin are now experiencing extreme drought conditions.
