MDH is reporting 14 more influenza deaths and around 1,200 new hospitalizations in the last two weeks. Along with COVID and RSV, many are trying to avoid what some doctors call the ?quad-demic.? Dr. David Hilden, from Hennepin Healthcare joined FOX 9 to give advice on staying healthy. He?s also the host of the Healthy Matters podcast.
