Pedestrian killed in crash on Hwy 252 in Brooklyn Park

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (FOX 9) - The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal pedestrian crash on Highway 252 in Brooklyn Park.
According to authorities, around 5:37 p.m. Monday, a Hyundai Elantra was heading north on Highway 252 when it struck a pedestrian walking west against the "Do Not Cross" at Brookdale Drive.
The pedestrian, 35-year-old Patrick Sundance Mack, died in the crash. It is unknown if alcohol played a factor.
The driver was not under the influence of alcohol.
