Man shot in head outside St. Paul bar, no arrests

ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - A man was shot in the head early Saturday morning outside a bar in St. Paul, Minnesota.
According to police, around 12:45 a.m., officers responded to a shooting outside Nickel Joint Sports Bar at Blair Avenue and Mackubin Street North where a man was shot in the head.
The victim was transported to the hospital and is expected to survive. Another person was hit by shrapnel and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made yet.
