Man pleads guilty in Brooklyn Park crash that killed dispatcher
(FOX 9) - A 73-year-old man pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide in connection to a crash that killed a dispatcher in Brooklyn Park last February.
According to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, Richard Shaka pleaded guilty to driving drunk and going the wrong way on Highway 252, colliding with 30-year-old Jenna Bixby of Nowthen, Minn.
Bixby, a 911 dispatcher in Minneapolis, died in the crash.
