Busy summer weekend brings road closures

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A busy summer weekend means lots fun outdoor events, but that also means lots of road closures.

This weekend the Uptown Art Fair takes over Hennepin and Lake Street and the surrounding area.

On the other side of I-35W is the Powderhorn Art Festival, which will close off 35th Street between Chicago Avenue and Bloomington Avenue.

It will also be a busy weekend of road construction. MnDOT has a full list of roads affected by construction here.
