Burnsville honoring first responders 2 years after fatal shooting
Feb. 18 marks two years since three first responders were fatally shot and kiled in the line of duty in Burnsville. Police officers Paul Elmstrand, Matthew Urge and firefighter-paramedic Adam Finseth were killed while responding to a 911 call reporting child sex abuse at a home. They will be honored across Burnsville on Wednesday.
