Three tropical systems are on the move, with Hurricane Isaias nearing landfall along the Gulf Coast, Hurricane Simon strengthening in the Eastern Pacific and Tropical Storm Rachel bringing impacts to Southern California. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has the latest on the active tropics.
