Saint Paul's Highland water tower opens for fall color views
A historic water tower in Saint Paul’s Highland neighborhood opens to the public for free just twice a year, and the fall open house is Oct. 10th & 11th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visitors can head to the intersection of Snelling Avenue and Ford Parkway for observation deck views, original blueprints and information on water treatment and distribution.
