Raccoon captured, released after scaling skyscraper in downtown St. Paul

The whole world watched as a raccoon climbed over 23 stories up the outside of an office building in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota Tuesday evening. By Wednesday morning it had reached the roof and was captured by wildlife officials.
