MN weather: Record-breaking heat then temps tumble
The Twin Cities experienced a record-breaking day Thursday with a high of 69 degrees, beating the previous record set in 1931 at 68 degrees. However, gusty winds, with a wind advisory in place until 7 p.m., might have made it feel cooler than it was. The overnight temperatures will drop to 30 degrees.
