What we know:
David Kenneth Demenge, 33, of Little Falls, is charged with seven counts of criminal sexual conduct for incidents that allegedly occurred between Jan. 1, 2013, and Dec. 31, 2018.
According to charges filed in McLeod County District Court, a forensic interview was conducted on Jan. 27, 2026, by Hutchinson Police Department investigators.
When interviewing a victim, authorities learned that when they were 7 years old, Demenge would allegedly make them take cold showers when they got in trouble.
It was then that he would "sometimes touch her after the showers," according to charges. He would also allegedly "touch her with his fingers" in areas that were described as private. The incidents would last a minute or two, at which point she would change into clothes. The victim reported to authorities feeling "uncomfortable," stating that they "did not know what he was doing at the time" the incidents occurred.
The victim also alleged that Demenge would sit on the toilet and put her on his lap, during which he would touch her again, charges allege. These incidents happened "at least 10 times."
Several years later, Demenge also started saying sexual jokes to her, charges allege.
