Contempt hearing for MN US Attorney in ICE cases

Minnesota’s U.S. Attorney is set to appear in court again on Thursday as a federal judge is threatening him with contempt for how his office is handling dozens of cases related to the ICE surge in Minnesota. FOX’s Bill Keller reports.
