Operation ICE Wall: Trucker’s lawyer details arrest
In February, a truck driver was pulled over by the Iowa State Patrol for failing to stop at a weigh station, which resulted in him being detained during “Operation ICE Wall” – federal immigration enforcement targeting operations along Interstate 80, using weigh stations to stop and arrest commercial truck drivers. His attorney Al Smith joins FOX 9’s All Day to discuss the outcomes of the operation, and the next steps for his client.
