Potomac River sewage spill: ‘Poop smell’ worries White House
A sewage leak that has dumped hundreds of millions of gallons of wastewater into the Potomac River has White House officials that the river could still “smell like poop” this summer as officials look to host an America 250 party commemorating the nation’s founding.
