President Trump on Monday signed an executive order that would space out the vaccine schedule for measles, mumps and rubella. Dr. Madeleine Gagnon, interim president of the Minnesota chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, joined FOX 9's All Day on Monday to provide her medical perspective.
