Downtown Minneapolis faces a public restroom shortage

Downtown Minneapolis is facing what some call its number 1 and number 2 issue: a growing shortage of public bathrooms. From long searches for a simple restroom to the people most affected by limited access, the problem is creating daily challenges for workers, visitors and vulnerable communities.
