Sen. Amy Klobuchar honors World War II veteran at St. Paul event
A Minnesota man was honored posthumously for his service in World War II about 80 years ago. Charles Bianchi's remains were identified in August, and Senator Amy Klobuchar recognized his service at a St. Paul event Sunday night with his family on hand.
