Senate passes bill to end shutdown
On Monday night, the U.S. senate gave its final sign-off on a bill to reopen the federal government. Now it’s up to the house, as lawmakers scramble back to Washington after being largely absent from the Capitol during the shutdown. FOX’s Doug Luzader has the latest.
