HCAO on new steps for fair judicial process
Hennepin County Attorney's Office, including Attorney Mary Moriarty, is holding a press conference to "announce new steps to ensure greater fairness in the judicial process and support conviction integrity," a press release says. Joining Moriarty will be Chief Mark Bruley of the Brooklyn Park Police Department and Clare Diegel, director of the Hennepin County Attorney's Office of Professional Responsibility.
