Minnesota hospitals say upcoming nurses strike is illegal

In Minnesota, 15,000 nurses across 16 hospitals plan to go on strike in 10 days, but Saint Luke's Hospital in Duluth said the Minnesota Nurses Association did not give the proper notice to the appropriate government entities for their strike, which is required by law.
