A Florida rescue team made time to save an American flag as Debby roared by the coastline in the Sunshine State.

Friday is set to be a gusty day with partly sunny skies.

Rescue teams found a body in a home destroyed by a tornado in North Carolina that was produced by Tropical Storm Debby.

Fort Snelling State Park is set to reopen Friday, Aug. 9 after flooding closed the park back in late June. 

At least five deaths were attributed to Hurricane Debby as the cyclone moved through the Southeast. Lake City, Florida saw the most rainfall in the Sunshine state with nearly 20" of precipitation.

We have nearly seen as much rain this year to date as we have during the last two years combined.

A cold front is cooling things down and giving Minnesota a more fall-like feeling for the next couple of days.

Tropical Storm Debby is expected to make a second landfall in South Carolina sometime late Wednesday night, bringing intense winds along the South Carolina coast and parts of North Carolina.

Authorities are searching for a 17-year-old boy from Eagan, Minnesota, who is missing after he and other swimmers were seen in distress on Lake Michigan.  

Minnesotans adversely affected by flooding earlier this summer are eligible to receive an extension to file their tax returns, the Minnesota Department of Revenue announced on Wednesday.

Last year Earth was 2.66 degrees warmer than it was before pre-industrial times. It may sound insignificant, but it can be harmful to human health.

The National Weather Service confirms at least four tornadoes hit southern Minnesota on Monday when storms swept through the state, leaving damage in its path. 

After plenty of warmth and high humidity for the last couple of weeks or so, we're now getting a break, largely thanks to what is now former Hurricane Debby.

It's a pleasant Wednesday overall, but there is a possibility of some light showers later in the day.
