Minnesota could be losing some of its top prosecutors, with reports surfacing that up to six federal prosecutors are set to resign after being asked to investigate the widow of a woman shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis.

Questions surround the ICE arrest of a Liberian native at his Minneapolis home over the weekend. The man's legal team says ICE didn't have a judicial warrant to enter the home, but they used a battering ram to get in anyway.

Tensions remain high between protesters and ICE agents both at the Whipple Federal Building and near the memorial of Renee Good's fatal shooting in south Minneapolis. FOX 9's Rob Olson has the story.
