The incident happened around 2 a.m. Wednesday near North 8th Street and Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, near The Capitol Grill, the Orpheum Theater, The Saloon, Crave and other establishments. At 6 a.m. Wednesday, there was crime scene tape and a large police presence in the area. A large crowd of people was also gathered observing what was going on.
