Man survives cardiac arrest at 25, finally gets happily ever after with wife

(KMSP) - When Rachael and James met, it was love at first sight.  Little did they know that their love would be tested from the start when James went into cardiac arrest at the age of 25.  

James battled back after being given a one percent chance of survival, and continues to get healthier and stronger every day at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Center. 

James and Rachael were married in August and there certainly is a happily ever after in their future.
