Halloween pet resource fair at AHS
Animal Humane Society will host a pet food popup and resource fair on Halloween from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its St. Paul Pet Clinic on University Avenue. Partners will provide human and pet food, pet care items, pet costumes and other resources for families with pets. The organization is also putting out a call for volunteers for their Temporary Pet Housing program. Participants in the program can receive up to 60 days of pet housing through the foster program when pet parents face a temporary crisis. AHS says it needs more fosters, and even one night, a weekend or a week can help.
