Kristi Noem calls fatal ICE shooting 'act of domestic terrorism'

Kristi Noem, the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, called the woman's actions leading up to her fatal shooting in Minneapolis Wednesday morning "an act of domestic terrorism."
