Resident describes Minneapolis apartment fire

A fire at an apartment building in Minneapolis led to nearly two dozen residents being displaced on Wednesday. FOX 9 was onsite and spoke with a resident Dennis Anderson about the scene that occurred, and the rescue efforts that followed.
