Walz ‘can’t reach’ Trump over protests
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz has said he has sought to work with President Trump on controlling protests in Minneapolis, but says he can’t reach him by phone. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Thursday called the offer “not genuine,” while encouraging Walz to follow federal immigration enforcement orders.
