Gopher Coaches Show: Minnesota hosts No. 7 Nebraska on Saturday

This week on the FOX 9 Gopher Coaches Show, we catch up with Niko Medved from the Minnesota men’s basketball team. Former player Parker Fox comes off the bench for Justin Gaard as a guest host. The Gophers are 10-9, 3-5 in Big Ten play and are looking to end a four-game losing skid. Three of those losses are by a combined 14 points, and they took Ohio State to overtime on the road despite being down to a seven-man rotation due to injuries. Minnesota native and sophomore guard Isaac Asuma also goes 1-on-1 with Ahmad Hicks as the Cherry native talks about his decision to stay home and play for the Gophers. Minnesota is back in action Saturday, hosting unbeaten Nebraska, a top-10 team in the country.
