Parts of Minnesota are seeing worsening drought conditions as the latest U.S. Drought Monitor shows 40% of the state is now classified as abnormally dry. Minnesota State Climatologist Luigi Romolo joins us to explain what's driving the dry conditions and how they compare to recent years.
