Bill to ban on assault weapons, high-capacity magazines fails in House committee

A Minnesota House committee met Tuesday afternoon to propose a bill that would start the process of banning assault rifles and high-capacity magazines in the aftermath of the Annunciation mass shooting. The bill failed in a 10-10 vote.
